Sundance ID Card Studio converts a FACTS SIS or RenWeb StaffPicIDs.cfm.html export into polished, printable staff identification cards without uploading the staff list to a third-party service.

How to download from FACTS

  1. Sign in to your school’s FACTS SIS administrator account.
  2. Open the staff picture-ID page or report. Older RenWeb exports are commonly named StaffPicIDs.cfm.html.
  3. Choose Save Page As in your browser and select Webpage, Complete.
  4. Keep the HTML file and its companion StaffPicIDs_files folder together.
  5. Open Sundance ID Card Studio and select the HTML file. Choose the companion folder if the photos do not appear automatically.

FACTS menus vary by school permissions and SIS version. Ask your FACTS administrator if the picture-ID report is unavailable.
